What to Expect
Classes are in-person and hands-on at the Brandon Area Rescue Squad, 1338 Franklin St (Route 7), Brandon, VT 05733. Conveniently located on Route 7, easily accessible from Rutland, Middlebury, Pittsford, and surrounding towns. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early — no prior experience or equipment needed, just wear comfortable clothing you can kneel and move in. Our EMS courses follow Vermont EMS & NREMT training standards. Your AHA certification card will be emailed to you within 5 business days of completing the course.

How long is my certification valid? AHA certifications are valid for 2 years, so you'll need to recertify around then.
